It is a Class A facility, professionally managed, located on the peninsula of downtown Charleston, SC. The slip location, T-13 provides easy access as it is on the T dock. There is a lounge on-site and a courtesy shuttle that can carry you to many of downtown Charleston's popular attractions.Top-of-the-line decking material, IPE wood, is used throughout the entire marina. The power pedestals throughout the marina are state of the art offering water, power (most with 50-amp and some with 100-amp), phone, cable, and dock lighting. Upgrades to the marina are the water and fuel system, replacement of pile guides as necessary, cleats with thru-bolts, rub rail throughout the entire marina, renovated fish cleaning station, dock houses, restroom, and laundry facilities.
