The Ice House at Park Circle is the redevelopment of the Reddy Ice site from a crushed ice manufacturing facility to a Class A office park. The site is located on Spruill Avenue across from The CODfather and Holy City Brewing in the middle of this revitalized, energetic and thriving corridor of North Charleston. The project consists of two phases and will total +/- 50,000 SF of Class A office space upon completion.
