Seventeen North Village is a new retail/office/restaurant development that is available now for lease. The site is zoned area wide business which will allow a broad category of businesses. The property is located across from the Loew's Home Improvement and is in close proximity to Hwy 41 and the Park West subdivision.The development will front the Mt. Pleasant racquet club which will have a tennis amenity center, pickle ball and tennis courts. It will be attract visitors and locals alike.
